Biomedical, an Italian company founded in 1984, designed and produced an innovative microwave thermal ablation system to treat tumors in mini-invasive way on multiple organs. Named TATO (Thermal Ablation Treatments for Oncology) the system is integrated with the disposable probes for the localized administration of microwaves. In addition to that system, the Biomedical core business consists in the biopsy and anesthesia needles.
